Shipping policy

Free shipping worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

United States: 5–12 business days.
Rest of the world: 7–20 business days.

Order cancellation: you can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't been shipped. Once the order has shipped (you receive the tracking number by e-mail), it can no longer be cancelled — it can be returned after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

AI-assisted visuals: some images and videos in our store and ads are created or enhanced with AI and are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary slightly in color, size, fit and appearance from what is shown in our store and ads. This applies to every product in our store and is not a basis for a return, refund or dispute.

Skip the shipping line: orders with this option are packed and handed to the carrier first.

Shipping Protection: if a protected package is lost, stolen or damaged, we reship it free of charge.

Customs: orders outside the US may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

Delays: in rare cases (customs checks, peak season, carrier delays) delivery can take up to 60 days. The latest expected delivery date for every order is therefore 60 days from the shipping date. If your package hasn't arrived within 60 days of shipment, email us at crownzip@op.pl and we'll reship it or refund you. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve every delivery issue directly, and a dispute opened before the 60-day delivery window has elapsed is premature.
